We also offer a stunning collection of Bridesmaids dresses in a choice of fabrics with over 50 colour options, a wide range of bridal accessories, such as stoles, veils and tiaras and a fabulous collection of Prom and Partywear dresses.
Our Sales Managers and Sales Consultants are highly trained experts who are there to assist our brides in finding their dream gown. They will advise the bride on which gown shapes might be most suitable for the bride, the wedding theme and the venue, assist the bride in trying them on, and offer guidance on selecting accessories to make the most of the bride’s chosen dress.
As a member of our store based team, you will have extensive induction training before you go into your store, where you will learn about each gown in detail. You will also be trained in our sales techniques, which will enable you to talk with authority about our products. You may also have the opportunity to take part in various events such as Wedding Fayres, Sale events and so on.
Your remuneration will include a basic salary commensurate with your experience and location, together with a performance related pay package designed to reward and Incentivise exceptional performance.
Due to the nature of our business, we only employ females in our stores and have an exemption from the Sex Discrimination Act under Section 7 (2) (b).
