Bridge is made up of five recruitment divisions, Insurance & Financial Services, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Executive and Recruitment to Recruitment providing permanent, temporary and contract specialist recruitment solutions across all industry sections.

    Candidates are thoroughly briefed on all suitable positions before submission of their CV’s. We then assist and guide them through the ‘interview to offer’ stage advising and discussing all feedback, information and offers ensuring that a suitable conclusion is reached for all parties.

    We not only help you to position yourselves as an Employer of Choice to the top candidates in the market, we can also help you look at how to retain the staff that have cost so much to attract in the first place.
