Douglas Scott cut their teeth in the Legal Support market, developing a reputation for the sourcing and selection of outstanding candidates. We found our flexible and cost effective recruitment solutions to be popular amongst small, medium and larger sized legal practices alike. As the business grew, so did our team, and expansion plans that allowed us to apply our successful strategy into new markets were brought forward. From this point, we expanded the Douglas Scott brand to include Douglas Scott Commercial Sales & Marketing, and Douglas Scott Accounts & Professional Support.

The Legal service remains Douglas Scott’s flagship brand, servicing an ever increasing client base and developing a reputation for the sourcing and selection of outstanding candidates. We now boast in our ranks a number of ex-lawyers as well as specialist legal recruiters, allowing us to offer our clients a unique perspective on their assignments. We are happy to receive instructions on assignments at all levels, for either permanent members of staff or locums. Being an independent business, we are also happy to work on any specialist campaigns our clients brief us on outside of regular contingency recruitment assignments.

Douglas Scott Commercial Sales & Marketing has quickly established itself within the market and has followed the legal team to become one of the region’s leading recruitment teams in the sector.
