Hill McGlynn Technical
Our Technical business provides permanent and temporary recruitment solutions to the construction industry, in both the contracting and consultancy markets. Key contractor sectors include build, civils, residential, rail, and refurbishment/fit-out. Consulting sectors include architecture, building surveying, civil engineering, construction management, facilities management, local authority, mechanical & electrical, MOD, project management, rail, quantity surveying / cost consultancy, social housing, and structural engineering.
Hill McGlynn Trades
Working closely with our Technical business, Hill McGlynn Trades operates in three main sectors - construction trades and labour, mechanical and electrical trades, and interiors/shop fitting. They deal predominantly with skilled trades, unskilled/semi-skilled labour, plant operatives and general operatives.
International
Our International division has placed candidates in over 80 locations world wide, from USA to Siberia, the Antarctic to Bahamas. They offer permanent and freelance recruitment services to a range of clients, from major international contractors, local indigenous contractors to consulting engineers and quantity surveying practices. Candidates range from site engineers right through to director level.
Corporate Solutions
This is our specialist executive search and selection division, dealing with senior appointments for a select group of construction clients across the UK. Positions are typically senior management through to board director and chief executive level, which require a high level of confidentiality. Corporate Solutions offers a highly focused and professional recruitment service tailored to the clients individual requirements.
Hill McGlynn Australia
Our Australian business was first established in 2001 and is now a market leader in the Australian construction recruitment sector. We currently have offices in Melbourne and Sydney, with a third office due to open in 2005. Disciplines include the full range of build and civil contractors, architects, civil and structural design, and quantity surveyors.
