Description:	MTR Partnership was established in April 2001 by John Taylor and Richard Mackertich as a Recruitment Consultancy providing professional and executive staff to the construction industry throughout the North of England. Having gained 20 years experience within the Construction Recruitment Industry, we felt it was time to establish a company that is able to provide the most comprehensive service possible through a more focused yet flexible approach. We aim to achieve this by placing a greater emphasis on understanding our clients requirements through consistent and honest consultation so ultimately whether you are looking for staff or are looking for a job, you are confident that by speaking to us your needs will be met.
