Following a continuous period of engagement on a contingency basis, we often move to a more formal agreement, eg. Master Vendor, Managing Agent, Sole Supplier or Preferred Supplier. Under these types of agreements we will deliver our services, based a service level agreement set in line with their expectations.

Our program of client development and retention is supported by our Corporate Hospitality Program via celebrity dinners or events such as football, rugby, cricket and golf, many of these are not only within the UK but are international venues. Added Value Services
Waste Control and Management Process
We can deliver personnel and processes to control the cost of Waste Removal, which is a universal cost-related issue that all contractors need to address, with the objective of:
- Driving efficiencies in waste management at project level
- Minimising material supply and disposal costs
- Providing accurate data for continuous improvement in waste management
- Delivering efficiency benefits back to the Client/Main Contractor or Supply Chain dependent on implementation model chosen
- MRS would provide all temporary labour and staffing on a one-stop shop basis
Survey Consultancy
In addition to our engineering services, we act in the capacity of an engineering consultancy business for a number of our clients and undertake land, building, control and monitoring surveys. This activity adds further value to our engineering recruitment services and allows our clients the option of having work packages undertaken which can be delivered on a 'one-off' or 'retainer' basis.
Eastern European Recruitment
Our international construction recruitment program commenced on 01 May 2004 and is focused on the recruitment, assessment, training and deployment of supervisory, tradesmen, skilled and semi-skilled workers from Poland, which represents circa 52% of the population of the ten new European Union member states. With unemployment in many areas of the country running at greater than 10% (January 2004 - unemployment in the South East of England was 1.7% and the UK average was 2.9%), wages rates for construction workers at 20% of their UK counterparts and skills of the workers generally on par or superior to UK counterparts, we are finding considerable interest from both candidates and clients alike.
Security
With the new requirement for all Security Guards to have the SIA ticket (Security Industry Authority), we are constantly being asked to hire them out as an alterative to the expense of a sub-contracting package with a specialist security firm. Our service is totally flexible based on a simple hourly rate and a minimum number of hours per shift.
Our clients can increase the number of 'Guards' at particular times of the day, week, month or year in line with the progression of the Site. In addition, we can supply a full range of support equipment, eg. electronic booking systems, turnstiles, webcams, etc.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (FM and M&E)
McGinley Executive supply multi-skilled operatives to a major construction, development and facilities management company on both a permanent or contract basis. The projects that these operatives have worked on include Housing Estates, New Build developments, Petrol Stations, Mobile Telecomms Base stations, Gyms, Leisure Centres and Retail outlets (including Supermarkets).
Initially we provided our service on a contingency basis, but due to our success rate in supplying suitable candidates, this developed into a Sole Supplier Agreement with McGinley becoming fully responsible for advertising, telephone screening, running of Assessment Days (including personality and occupational ability tests, skill tests such as 16th edition and structured interview) and preparation/presentation of candidate details for final interview by a Line Manager.
