How long will it take to get a job?
The initial assessment and placement process takes around 21 days during which time you will attend interviews with prospective employers. The actual time to appointment and starting work depends on your employer but you can be in a post very soon after joining the Pareto programme.
How much will I be earning?
Your salary is dependent on your own personal achievement but you can expect to start on between £16 to £22k and quickly progress. Many of our success graduates have gone on to earn around £45k after 12 to 18 months.
Do you guarantee to find me a job?
We are very careful to select graduates who we believe will be successful and happy within the sales sector. Pareto will provide training and guidance and we will organise interviews with companies we believe will suit your personality and job requirements. There are no guarantees but we have a strong track record for placing people in positions where they excel and achieve high job satisfaction.

Pareto works with companies throughout the UK and we will find you a post to suit your requirements including location.
What will the training be like?
Pareto provides residential training for all our successful candidates and you will receive expert guidance of sales techniques and skills.
