The members of Recruiting UK have successfully established themselves in the Financial Services industry and with knowledge, skills and experience gained over 40 years, Recruiting UK strive to put Consultancy into Recruitment.
We recognise that the recruitment marketplace has become saturated with so-called Specialist Recruiters who seem to focus on just selling a job or selling a candidate, rather than providing a career consultancy.
Many of these specialists are knowledgeable about the machinations of recruitment but, sadly, have very little knowledge of their specific market or industry.
Recruiting UK is different.
The members have had lengthy careers within the Financial Services industry; we know the particular role for which we recruit because we have done them ourselves.
This enables us to be both objective and subjective about the roles for which we recruit.
