Ethnicity and religious beliefs of jobseekers
When it comes to ethnicity, totaljobs.com caters for a variety of ethnic minorities and attracts a more ethnically diverse audience than the UK population as a whole. This is especially apparent with regards to the Asian and Black communities where eight per cent of the totaljobs.com audience is Asian and six per cent are Black. These figures highlight that, when compared to the UK working population as a whole, totaljobs.com has more than double the number of people using the site from both communities.

It's unlawful to discriminate against someone, either directly or indirectly, on the grounds of race, colour, nationality or ethnic origin, religion or belief. To do so would damage your chances of recruiting the best person for the job and getting the best performance from all your employees.
