The National IT Partnership is recruiting for a ICT trainee for a baby and mothers goods manufacturers based in Biggleswade, Hertfordshire.The successful apprentice will be working as part of the administration and IT teams. This role requires someone with a strong creative flair and a keen desire to pursue a career within the IT Industry. Preferred candidates will already have some basic experience in designing and implementing IT strategies within the company.
Training will be based at North Hertfordshire College at the Letchworth Garden City Campus in the brand new IT Academy. The apprentice will work towards a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in IT, Software, Web and Telecoms. The qualifications consist of:
- Diploma in ICT Professional Competence
- Certificate in ICT Systems and Principles
- CompTIA A+
- Microsoft Technical Associate Certification (MTA)
The successful apprentice will have a strong desire to work in the IT Industry and also have strong IT Skills. In addition you must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's at Grade C and above including English, Maths and ICT (or equivalents such as BTEC’s/Key Skills)
This is an apprenticeship and full funding is only available for 16-18 year olds, part funding is available for 19-24 year olds however spaces are limited.
We also have other positions available as part of the apprenticeship for Trainee IT Technicians, 1st Line Support, IT Sales, Trainee Programmers and IT administrators.
