Customer Account Advisor - Arbroath

We currently have a number of opportunities for Customer Account Advisors to join our established and successful business.
The role:
To provide excellent customer service when dealing with customers who are late in making payments, and to reduce the outstanding amount of debt owed to the Company to achieve set objectives. The role also includes engaging in all aspects of sales and retention activity to achieve set objectives.

· Flexibility – a willingness and flexibility to perform other duties that fall within the role and to work in other stores as and when required
· Previous experience of working in a customer focused environment
We are looking for applications from candidates with the above skills who will perform this essential role in an organised, high quality way.
You will ideally have experience of working within a customer focussed environment, be comfortable working to set processes, and have a good level of numeracy and literacy.
