HR Administrator - Retail Organisation Headquarters- Bridgwater Somerset c £14,000 to £18,000 .... This is an opportunity to join a growing HR department in an expanding growth business based in Bridgwater Somerset . Client has grown from a startup with a couple of people in 2003 to employing over 1000 in 2011. They have shops and trade counters spanning the UK and Netherlands with lots more plans in action for future growth. Providing HR (or ER "employee relations") advice to the retail business and their stores from the head office .
HR Administrator
Providing a generalist HR service within a national retail business, with 100 branches and over 1000 staff. This includes day-to-day administration and the management of manual and computerised HR records and assisting the HR Manager , ( though this is an admin role not an HR role ) .
Environment
Reporting to the HR Manager you will be joining a small friendly team in Bridgwater at an exciting time of growth within a rapidly expanding retail business. The team is passionate about the business and supporting growth whilst maintaining excellent human resource management.
You will need;
· A flexible “can do” attitude with excellent organisational and time management skills and an ability to prioritise a busy workload
Ideal Experience;
Office Admin (no real need for HR if you are a strong administrator) .
Experience of MS Word and Excel.

HR Administration
· Ensuring that HR forms are processed for payroll to a deadline and entered onto the computerised HR system
· Producing reports using MS Excel or MS Word for use by the management team
· Ensuring accurate and up to date records on the HR system are maintained .
