Assistant Site Manager - Decent Homes - Barnet - Freelance Ongoing Contract
Our client is one of the UK's leading property services groups. They currently require an Assistant Site Manager with experience in decent homes for a social housing refurbishment project in Barnet, Hertfordshire.
The Assistant Site Manager will have valid SMSTS, CSCS & First aid for this contract. The Assistant Site Manager should also have experience working on decent homes refurbishments.
Assistant Site Managers wishing to apply must meet the following criteria;
- Must have decent homes experience
- Must have valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certificates
- Must reside within a a commutable distance from Barnet, Hertfordshire
- Must be available to start immediately
