Do you have a background in Telemarketing or Sales and think you can directly manage and grow a Telemarketing Team with guidance and direction from the Sales Manager?
You will also be developing the Telemarketing Team and working with Managers to initiate campaigns for their departments.
This role involves contacting potential clients by researching using the internet and other sources. Contacting new prospects with a view to increasing the potential client base of the company, proving opportunities for the sales team.
This is a fast paced, varied and challenging role that requires an individual who is able to learn quickly and is highly motivated and a self-starter. You must have a professional manner and be able to communicate effectively at all times.
Experience in Management or a Supervisory role are essential as is previous employment in a Sales or Telemarletking role.
