Our client is recruiting a Quality & Assurance Manager to manage the quality assurance and enhancement activities within, direct, subcontract and brokerage provision.
Role:
Management of the quality assurance activities for all sub contractors, partners and direct delivery
Provide timely first line support to sub contractors and partners in the continuous development of their provision
Provide direction, support and guidance on quality assessment and verification matters
Conduct quality monitoring of sub contract and brokerage partners
Review, monitor and continuously improve the processes involved in the customer journey
Lead on the review of awarding bodies emerging curriculum and the subsequent change management process
Lead on the self assessment process for direct delivery, partners and sub-contracted provision
Schedule observations, quality health checks and student voice activities
Management of the complaints and resolution process
Coordination of our Partner pre contract quality information
Provide induction, training and support to the delivery team
Lead on the development of Equality and Diversity within training and assessment
Preparation for audit and external investigation
Meet KPI’s and targets associated with the role
Ensure up to date identification of SFA Audit and Ofsted requirements
Undertake the required Human Resource activity appropriate to the role
Participate in ongoing research and professional development
Ensure the maintenance of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Promote and ensure safe working practices in line with current legislation
Undertake such duties as may be required commensurate with the level of responsibility and nature of the job in discussion with your line manager
Act as a duty manager as required
Applicants must be:
Educated to a Level 3 or above
Knowledgeable of quality assurance issues within the further education environment
A good communicator – both written and oral within the context of a training environment
Experienced in planning and implementing quality assurance activities
Able to organize own workload
Able to manage projects to tight timescales
Committed to quality enhancement
Understanding of Ofsted processes and SFA audit requirements
Qualified Verifier desirable
Experienced of working in an educational institution with responsibility for quality assurance and collaborative provision
Hold an IFL teaching qualification is desirable
