A stunning hotel in Newquay, Cornwall is looking for a Reception Shift Leader to join their front office team. The Reception Shift Leader will lead the reception team, duties will include answering calls, taking bookings, checking guests in and out, cash handling and taking financial payments, dealing with customer enquires and supervising and training the reception team.
