IT Project Coordinator - Sage 200

Temporary Contract (Estimated for 6 Months)

Based: Coatbridge

Salary: Up to £120 Per Day Depending on Skills & Experience

My Client

My client is a successful Manufacturing company, due to a particular period of growth they are now in the process of implementing a new MRP system. They have an immediate requirement for an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join them for a period of 6 months to support them with this Project.

The Role

Having the infrastructure of Sage 200 recently implemented, you will be responsible for managing the transition from manual processes to electronic through the MRP system, throughout for a number of sites.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the functions of Sage 200 are utilised based on my clients individual business model.
  • Improve current policies and procedures to strengthen working practices.
  • Ensure employees are trained on Sage 200 and are able to utilise the functions based on their specific role.
  • Develop management reports through the use of Sage 200.
  • Provide all technical support to employees.
  • Produce training material to support roll out to employees.

To be considered for this position, you must have the following background and skills:

  • Sound knowledge of Sage 200 infrastructure.
  • Experience of working within a Project Management/Coordinator position within a Manufacturing company is essential.
  • Refine processes and procedures in line with business demand.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative, prioritise and provide effective solutions.
