Hastings Direct are recruiting motivated and energetic Part-time Contact Centre agents for their Customer Service Department at their head office in Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex.
Working within a supportive team environment, our agents are the face and voice of our company, there to help our valued customers in a professional, efficient and welcoming manner.
We are offering a range of flexible working hours between Monday and Friday 4pm-9pm and weekends (Sat 9.45am-5.30pm Sunday 9.45am-5pm) subject to a minimum of 16 hours per week.
Training is Monday to Friday 2pm-9pm for 4 weeks and then you will go into your shift patterns.
