A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join my specialist client at their Sheffield site due to continued growth.
The successful applicant will be responsible for general office administration including diary management, updating CRM systems, coordinating multiple client venues, dealing with inbound enquiries, scheduling meetings, collating relevant information for meetings, copy/audio typing letters and performing any other ad hoc duties that are required.
Due to the nature of my clients business they are interested to hear from individuals that have worked within a solicitors in P.I or Medical Negligence or within the NHS, however applicants outside of this with strong administration and secretarial abilities will be considered.
All applicants must be excellent communicators both over the phone and face to face, have fantastic attention to detail and enjoy working within a fast paced role.
On offer is a starting salary of £15,500, 25 days holiday, easy access by public transport and on site parking.
