Our client, a fast expanding but established fashion retailer, is currently looking for an HR Manager to join their team.
Leading the HR function, you will develop strategy and services for head office, retail and the distribution centre, and partner the managers of the business to provide strategic support and deliver HR excellence at all levels.
This is a true generalist role where you will be responsible for coaching and advising managers on all ER issues, recruitment and retention, identifying and supporting the management of key talent in the business and managing and delivering all training, performance management, managing the salary and benefits offering, and working at a strategic level, enabling the business to achieve its objectives.
A confident communicator, with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels, you will possess excellent organisation skills and great attention to detail.
