With a minimum of two years recruitment background within either the Technical, IT or Engineering sectors this could be your next move. The role is purely candidate sourcing, skill-set qualifying, short-listing and candidate presentation (no client cold calling). 

Your role as a Delivery Recruitment Consultant requires the following key personal criteria

·Sourcing and presenting candidates against clients’ requirements.

·Comprehensive candidate qualification.

·Candidate control.

·Advising clients to an effective recruitment process.

·Client and candidate interview preparation.

·Gaining effective feedback and managing to the next stage.

·Overcoming objections.

·Closing the deal.

·Asking and gaining referrals.

The successful candidate will be self motivated, possess excellent planning skills, possess a positive and helpful attitude, have strong communication skills, be literate and numerate.

Skills you will need for the role:

Previous background in recruitment consultancy.

Previous background in resourcing or recruiting.

Has an assertive personality.

Strong communication skills.

Internal recruitment or HR.

Relevant sector or discipline expertise.

Confident on success related remuneration package.

Key Result Areas

(Business Development, Sniffing out Business Opportunities)

(Understanding the clients’ requirements & process to be able to market, match, promote and ultimately place against it)

Sourcing, Matching, Advertising, Gaining Referrals & Leads, Approach, Qualifying, Verifying, Presenting & Marketing them, Briefing/Debriefing, Candidate Control)

(T+C’s, between client and candidate, managing expectations, overcoming objections in order to win opportunities, and place against them)

(From start to finish, gaining exclusivity, committing to deliver excellence, committing the client to use you, committing the candidate to allow you to represent their interests, through to placement & invoicing)
