The Marketing Research & Development Executive will help to successfully deliver high quality insight, strategy development and research activity for Insurance into the pub sector and associated business functions and segments. Including understanding the market, its competitive environment, competitors and strategy.

The Marketing Research & Development Executive must have existing Market Research experience. Typically Degree or HND qualifications or marketing, technical or sales/service experience Suitable for a candidate with several job backgrounds, including marketing, underwriting, sales, operations, claims or on a rotating graduate programme. A level of expertise in one, some or all of the following:
- Marketing
- Research & insight
- Proposition development
- PC literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Powerpoint and Excel) Knowledge of organisation and relevant product ranges and market offering Experience in conducting market research and insight preferred.
