We currently have a new opportunity to join our team in a Resources Manager/ Office Manager role, based in our modern offices on the outskirts of Colchester, within easy each of the A12.
As the market leading independent Cruise Agency we are keen to hear from those with a breadth of experience gained in HR, Health and Safety, and business support functions. You will be the supporting role within a varied department but also have your own responsibilities, so should be used to making decisions, liaising with other departments and working on your own initiative. There may be times where tasks and deadlines conflict, therefore you should be confident in priorisitisng work and skilled in influencing fellow decison makers.
This role reports to the Head of Resources and Infrastructure, and as such is varied; combining responsibility for advising on HR issues, tracking supplier contracts, co-ordinating and delivering training, collating documentation associated with employment issues, some recruitment responsibilities, as well as co-ordinating office moves, negotiating contracts, covering reception lunch duties, and co-ordinating/ liaising with H&S and IT consultants.
This role would suit those with managerial experience across a broad spectrum of areas, or those with responsibilities and looking to gain further experience and responsibility across multiple business functions.
