Electrical and Mechanical HVAC building services day engineers required for new contract in the Euston area of London. We have an urgent requirement for 1 Electrical and 1 Mechanical maintenance engineer to join a small team of existing engineers on a well maintained building.
The electrical engineer should be qualified to apprenticeship or equivalent NVQ / city and guilds level with at least 3 / 5 years experience in HVAC building services maintenance and have a good working understanding single and 3 phase power and lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarms, UPS, monitoring Trend BMS, standby generators, reactive and planned maintenance and all general HVAC and building services maintenance.
Mechanical Engineers should be qualified to apprenticeship or equivalent NVQ or City and guilds level and have the same at least 3 /5 years experience and hands on knowledge with gas heating boilers, chillers, compressors, cooling towers, general drainage and plumbing, valves, seals , AHU's, Filters, hot and cold waters systems, understanding of L8 is essential as the site has cooling towers , dip slides and again all general day to day maintenance.
