This well established IT consultancy is looking to expand their support team. They are urgently looking for a Support Engineer who has a good working knowledge of Windows, Desktop operating systems and Microsoft applications. Exchange, Servers and Citrix knowledge also required.
You will be responsible for providing client support via the telephone and remotely so excellent communications skills are a must. You will have the opportunity to take ownership for your work and see projects through.
IT related educational qualifications are sought and an MCSE or MCP passes will be hugely beneficial.
