Our client, an expanding IT Support company is now looking to recruit a 1st/2nd Line Technical Support
You will be working 20 hours per week for the first 3 months and then full time after that when the Company move to new offices in Northwood
Working closely with and shadowing the 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer to support their clients who are based within the M25 and include sole traders and companies employing up to 35 staff in a wide variety of industries
Experience and skills required:
Previous technical support experience - attitude and willingness to learn is as important
MS Qualifications an advantage but NOT essential
Good installation, configuration and troubleshooting skills required in the following:
Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 (willing to learn), MS Server 2000, 2003 + 2007, Exchange
SQL knowledge and Cisco routers experience an advantage
Car owner - essential

Hours;
20 hours per week for the first 3 months 3pm-8pm Monday-Friday
After the 3 months hours will 10am-8pm and alternate Saturdays with a day off during the week
