2nd Line Installations Engineer strong in Cisco, Dell and Microsoft products. 2nd Line Engineer with strong Installations experience. 2nd Line Installations Engineer who has worked with Dell, MS and Cisco. 2nd Line Engineer.

You will be liaising with internal departments to identify client requirements and provide the best solutions. You will be the sole escalation point when working on client projects and your proven project and hands on management experience is key to be successful in this role.
We are looking for highly experienced 2nd Line Installation Engineers with a background ideally encompassing most of the following skills, focussing on Exchange 2003, Active Directory, Migrations and Installations.
Skills and Qualifications- Installation & Migration experience between platforms.
- Ideally implemented Exchange 2003.
- Part qualified MCSE 2003 or looking to work towards it.
- Working towards a CCNA or have a Cisco qualification.
- Excellent Microsoft Exchange 2003 / 2007.
- First class diagnostic and problem solving skills.
Microsoft server and networking experience and other frequently used protocols such as HTTP, SMTP, DNS, TCP/IP and Routing Protocols.
- Client focused and quick to react.
- Proven project management skills.
- Mac experience would be a distinct advantage
The person must have- Desire to increase personal knowledge.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Ability to work in a team and individually.
- Reliable & Trustworthy.
- Exchange 2003 experience is a core skill for this role.
You will be installing Windows Small Business Server 2003, Windows Server 2003, Windows Exchange 2003, Dell PowerEdge Servers, Dell Workstations and Cisco ASA 5505 and 5510 Firewalls. You will providing a high level of Project Management in this role and must have excellent client facing skills.
Previous experience of setting up and installing Small to Medium sized networks is a must, Dell Hardware advantageous but not essential and Cisco ASA and Switches useful.
