Part qualified or experienced assistant accountant is required for this rapidly growing financial services organisation. Working as an assistant accountant in an existing team you will be responsible for managing the increased financial control and reporting requirements of the business. Ideally you will be AAT qualified or part qualified ACCA with fund accounting experience or have a minimum of 3 years experience working in accountancy practice and looking for a move into industry.
Duties to include:
Assisting to produce Annual and Interim Reports and Financial Statements in a timely and accurate manner
Implementation of agreed improvements to the current procedures
Respond to all queries in a timely and accurate manner
Contribute to projects undertaken to enhance system functionality;
To keep abreast of changes in Regulations and industry practices
Salary up to £20k & study support depending on experience and qualifications + excellent benefits
