This specialist within the healthcare industry is seeking an additional member to join their Accounts Payable division.This organisation is innovative in their field and leaders in the industry with their research.
Working in a team of 5 and reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for major accounts.
Your responsibilities will include;
?Responsible for 2 major supplier accounts
?Calculation & compliance of GST & FBT
?Establishing new supplier accounts
?Preparation of invoices at month end
?EFT & credit card payments
?Liaise with various divisions relating to queries
?Ad-hoc duties as required
In order to be considered for this role your experience using Oracle is essential! Your communication skills will be second to none, and your can do attitude and experience in a full function Accounts Payable role is critical to in order for you to succeed in this position.
