Well established business in the medical industry is in urgent need of an experienced Administration Manager to fill a vacancy due to internal movement. o:p>
Reporting into the Department Manager, the main purpose of your position will be to look after a team of front desk staff, attend to general IT issues, provide training and development where needed, coordinate HR related tasks, complete staff appraisals, basic accounting and any other duties as required.
The ideal applicant must come from a similar role, experience in management of staff is essential along with the ability to communicate with people at different levels. You will also have exposure to HR functions, the ability to provide training, display intermediate to advanced PC skills. Medical industry experience is an advantage.
