Are you an experienced ticketer looking for temporary work in Manchester? This large travel company is looking for an experienced Ticketing Supervisor to assist in their busy offices on a temporary basis starting ASAP.
Ticketing Supervisor Responsibilities:
* To provide support, training and assistance to the ticketing team
* To ensure all tickets are issued within specific Service Level Agreements
* To accurately QC ticket entries prior to the launch of each airline
* To drive the issuance of airlines on CAT 35 and liase with the airlines on any related issues
* Assisting retail branches with ticketing queries
Ticketing Supervisor skills required:
* Excellent leadership skills
* Experience in issuing a number of scheduled airlines both nett and published fares
* Experience on Amadeus CRS is essential
* Completion of BA Fares and Ticketing 1 and 2
Ticketing Supervisor additional information:
* This is an ongoing temporary role due to start ASAP
* The hourly rate will be £9-10 per hour (depending on experience)
* You will be paid on a weekly basis direct into your bank account
* You will work 5/ 7 days on a rota basis
