Role of Reservations Consultant:
*Dealing with booking worldwide reservations for customers over the phone
*Dealing with reservations for brochure tours as well as designing and costing tailor-made itineraries for independent travel to India.
*Using a Reservations CRS system
*Providing destination advice to clients upon request to help them with their reservation
*Providing a high level of customer service
Necessary reservations experience:
*Proven consumer sales background
*Call centre, telesales, and face to face customer contact
* Ability to learn complex processes, regulations and IT systems
*Familiarity of travel that may have been gained through personal holiday/travel experience
*Reasonable geographical knowledge
*Good organizational skills
*Motivation/hunger to earn large financial commission rewards
*An energetic, 'can-do' personality
Extra information for Cruise Reservations:
*£12k basic salary + OTE £23K +
*7 day shift pattern 0800 - 2200
*Looking for full time and part time
*Training MUST commence on 1st December 2009
