Our client is one of the UK’s leading corporations. An exciting opportunity has come about in their service team for a talented operator to drive performance across some of their high profile sites. They are currently looking for a driven Area Manager.
Job Role – Area Manager
Our client has a vacancy for a high calibre Area Manager across a multi-faceted business. In particular you will need to have managed a high volume business with a high number of customers ensuring an excellent level of customer service. You will also need to demonstrate an excellent record in performing to company standards including Brand Quality & Health & Safety.
This particular brand is highly regarded throughout the sector and is synonymous with high calibre service.
Due to the nature of this particular business the successful applicant will have substantial experience of:
- Multi-site management of a hospitality and/or retail business
- Excellent training and development skills are essential in co-ordinating the efforts of a large team.
- Excellent record of performance against company KPIs
You will need to be able to manage and develop a large team and co-ordinate the distinct aspects of the business ensuring the site operates efficiently and to the high standards that our client demands.
