AREA MANAGER - Wales and South West
Up to £35,000 plus bonus and benefits
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to fill the role of Area Manager for the Wales and South West region.
The Client we're recruiting for is a very progressive ladies fashion retailer. My client is highly recognised for its well developed product and has stores throughout the UK. They are an exciting company who understand their customers and always take their expectations to the next level.
As Area Manager you will drive the highest standards of performance in all aspects of retail operations. You will be involved in all aspects of developing the brand and this will include budgets and forecasts, all operational issues, recruitment, training, team building, excellent customer service, achieving targets and driving the business forward as well as ensuring excellent visual standards are maintained.
We are looking a driven and highly commercial Area Manager who thrives in a challenging environment and has a proven track record of results. Your background will definitely include Area Management experience.
