My Client is a very well-known High Street Retailer who is enjoying unprecedented success at the moment. With a major store opening programme underway , they are now looking for an Area Managers in South West England who can not only quickly make an impact on this area , but who have the drive and determination to quickly move up to Regional Management and beyond. As a result my clients are offering an exceptional renumeration package that is worth in the region of £100,000 per annum.
To apply for this role, you must;
Be educated to degree level or beyond.
Have multi-site experience.
Have a record of rapid career progression within the retail ,leisure or hospitality arenas
Be prepared to relocate at least once in the next 10 years
Have the capabilities to succeed at Senior Management level within a corporate environment
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will initially be in charge of 12-16 sites , and you will need to assess and analyse your area with a view to improving all round performance. Key to this will be your ability to lead and inspire your team , so people management skills are paramount.
You must also understand how to achieve the highest levels of customer service, and how to train and inspire your team to these levels.
