Our client is a leading academic establishment. They are looking for a highly organised individual to start in mid-January to provide maternity cover for 9 months. This is a very varied and diverse role responsible for the day-to-day running of the accommodation office, which encompasses administration, finance, coordinating accommodation and supplies, assisting with events and health & safety.
Ideally you will have health & safety experience. You will need excellent organisation and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and a flexible, positive attitude. Office administration experience is essential and you should also have a very good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
