Our client, part of larger Fundraising operation, is looking to add an experienced Account Director to their operation. Working on a client base made up exclusively of NFP organisations, you will lead a small client management team to ensure first rate delivery on all campaigns and seek opportunity to further develop the existing client base. Essentially we need an individual who can hit the ground running and who has a great track record in outbound and inbound Telephone Fundraising. This person will also be a great man manager, able to train and develop and spot potential in the client services team. It is possible that you are currently working within the Fundraising department of a large charity reliant on Telephone Fundraising however you may also be working within an outsourced Contact Centre environment.
