A well-established healthcare communications company is looking for an experienced Account Director for their Maidenhead office. The company combines a reputation for creativity and reliability across the entire range of marketing support services with leading edge developments such as consultancy for the pharmaceutical industry, knowledge of the evolution of European continuing medical education, health outcomes research and new media.
An Account Director within this organisation is given responsibility to provide proactive commercial direction to a large number of accounts so that the objectives of the clients are met. The job entails developing strong relationships with clients and an unbeatable ability to communicate effectively so that the clients overall objectives are consistently met. You should naturally be able to demonstrate team leadership, motivation and drive.
The suitable candidate will have relevant commercial and operational experience within the pharmaceutical industry and/or medical communications agency environments with a demonstrable track record of handling brands across the pharmaceutical product lifecycle. You will be a confident and decisive individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to drive the business forward through hard work, dedication and determination.
