An experienced account director is needed, to take complete ownership and responsibility for the management of key accounts, managing all aspects including direction, profitability and general relationship building
You will be looked as a key figure in the account development and cross selling of the agencies services, identifying opportunities where the firm can generate new contacts and revenue. Part of this will be pitch writing and producing sales documentation as required
It’s assumed that you will have an excellent understanding of the digital marketing industry, and how such a proposition can benefit your existing and new clients. You will manage and have the final say for all client relationships, keeping regular contact, briefing them and ensuring complete satisfaction in services they receive.
Staff management is also a key consideration, the ability to motivate, and inspire account managers and executives to the same high standards in which you operate.
Previous digital, online, new media marketing and account management is a must, from an agency environment
