Account Director - Basingstoke
£40k Basic, £100k+ Uncapped OTE, plus Benefits
My client is a large IT Reseller, who has doubled in size in the past 12 months. As part of the client's continuous development and growth strategy, the client is looking to recruit a highly skilled, proven and experienced Account Director.
As an IT Sales Account Director you will:
*Currently be working within an IT Reseller
*Be delivering a GP in excess of £40k per month
*Identify and generate new prospects and convert them into key accounts
*Develop and manage key accounts to their full potential
*Continually update and develop your product and market knowledge
Key qualities we are looking for include:
* Proven IT sales track record, ideally high-end products and solutions
* Natural ability to build customer rapport
* Self-motivation and ambition
* Ability to manage own time and workload
* Analytical and able to assimilate information quickly
* Natural business acumen
* Experience of working at senior levels within a company
* Proven ability to develop and close business opportunities
