Job Role

- To be a key driver of growth, through managing client account and team to ensure clients are serviced in accordance with the Agencies main aims, objectives and culture, and projects delivered to the highest level of service and quality.

- Supporting CSD in the management and development of the Client Services team, through mentoring and development of team members

- To work closely with the CSD, Business Development Group, Senior Account Managers and Account Managers to maximise opportunities to grow the business with both existing and new clients.

- Driving proposals that answer the client`s brief, objectives and expectations, resulting in successful conversions to projects that meet expectations in relation to revenues and profit margins.
To be successful in this exciting and challenging role, candidates would ideally be talented agency communications professionals with:

- Extensive account management experience, gained in a communications or marketing agency
- Proven client relationship and business development experience
- Strong science and/or medical knowledge and experience, gained through working within a scientific or healthcare environment
- Experience of working within a dynamic and client focused environment
- A consistent, proactive and positive approach
- Strong personal and written communication skills
- Well developed leadership and team management skills
- Proven people development (coaching a
