Blair Endersby is a fast growing personal insolvency company based in Manchester City Centre. Due to continued growth, we are now looking for Account Managers to take ownership of a portfolio of accounts from the existing client base. To support the Clients experience during the life of their IVA, ensuring that regular payments are made
Key Responsibilities:
Contact:
- To utilise all available methods of contact to ensure regular communication with clients including telephone, email, text message & letter
- To adhere to the contact strategy in place
- To proactively maintain client contact and establish confidence as first point of contact
Systems and procedures:
- Adhere to procedures relating to all aspects of account management including Direct Debit and change in circumstances procedures
- Utilise all available information via the in house IT systems
- Update and maintain accurate notes on all systems
Relationships:
- Ensure trends in client needs are responded to
- Resolve client queries effectively and quickly
- Work closely with own team and other Blair teams to support service levels and client expectations
- Adopt all Treating Customers Fairly principles
- Adopt key principles of Respecting Others competency in every day activities
Other Responsibilities:- A flexible approach to working hours and days to support shift requirements
- Additional duties may be assigned or existing duties may alter as the role evolves
Skills and Experience:
- Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Proven Experience in either Collections or Personal Insolvency
- Meticulous, paying close attention to accuracy and detail.
- Highly proactive and able to work on own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with variety of internal and external customers at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to deadline, using own initiative.
- Able to demonstrate resilience and flexibility in a demanding and fast paced environment.
