This is a famous business in the facilities management sector with a diverse client port-folio and ambitious growth strategy.
In this role you will manage facilities services based at the client site where you will engage with client side property managers on a daily basis.You will be the face of the company in respect of this contract and have responsibility for managing internal staff, subcontractors and to deliver against client expectations.
To be considered for this role you must be able to clearly demonstrate experience of operating in a similar position as a client site based manager working for a service provider.Particular consideration will be given to those from a hard services background due to the nature of the contract but you will certainly have experience of managing M&E services.
