Account Manager-Insurance To £30,000 + Benefits

Our client is a well established Outsourcer and are part of a multi million turnover international group. They are looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their Client Servicing team to work on one of their more sizeable accounts. Essentially the ideal candidate will either be currently working for an Insurer in a Service Delivery role or alternatively working for an Outsourcer and managing an Insurance account., Key responsibilities include the following:

Develop and retain strong client relationships, working in partnership with Client and delivery teams, building trust and involvement

Take responsibility of overall client relationship on a day to day basis with support of the Contact Centre Director

Acts as single point of contact for client in terms of escalation and communication

Owner of client deliverables of SLA, Quality and performance

Hold structured monthly sessions with Client to discuss reports , performance and business updates and planning

Provides weekly and monthly reports to the client and attends a quarterly review if required / appropriate.

Adopts and demonstrates a strategic vision in terms of continuous improvement by knowing and growing with the client and fully understanding the client products, proposition and market position

Collate and provide customer and market feedback to client as part of month review process as well as ad hoc interactions

Take responsibility for cascading and distributing business communications to the Contact Centre delivery teams in liaison with Team Manager and Training Manager

Playing an active and participative role with relevant operational teams in terms of new campaign set up and/or change management control

Demonstrate tenacity and drive to ensure client goals are achieved

Work with delivery Manager to streamline working practices and improve business process

Work with delivery Manager to ensure all aspects to Contact Centre team have updated information and training material to support high quality customer service

This position is based in Surrey - applications from candidates with a Travel Insurance background would be especially welcome!
