My client is a distributor of high quality diagnostic reagents, instruments and systems with technical support to the Health Services worldwide.
They offer more than 120 diagnostic products in the field of infectious diseases and plasma proteins. Producing their own antigens and antibodies for later use in the production of the kits, the expertise in obtaining and purifying these raw materials guarantees a high level of consistency in the quality and supply of their products.
They are looking for an experienced sales person /account manager or a trainee with huge potential to take on a territory which covers West London and along the South Coast. Your ideal background would be a life science degree; biology, microbiology, virology, immunology, molecular or biomedical sciences preferred. Some hands-on laboratory experience gained either in commercial laboratory or research lab, with a genuine aptitude for sales is highly desirable. This is a targeted role and requires a resilient attitude and desire to succeed in sales. A clean driving licence and flexibility regarding travelling is essential.
You will be selling a range of reagents and instrumentation into new and existing clients largely to the clinical markets including the NHS and other research laboratories.
