Our Client is a telemarketing agency with a passion for developing and retaining long term relationships with their clients.
They offer inbound and outbound B2B telemarketing services along with a full range of data solutions that ensure campaigns are accurately targeted. Their success lies in not just making calls, but developing relationships and opportunities with existing and potential customers - delivering lasting results.
Having just moved in plush new offices in the Centre of Bristol they are now looking to expand their Client Services team and require an experienced Account Manager with outsourced telemarketing / contact centre experience.
The successful Account Manager will have at least 1 year’s experience of working within this environment and will be the 1st point of call for any client queries.
