Account Manager Administration
The job
You implement the administrative management of the client companies punctually and in accordance with the legal requirements and those of the supervisory body or client / adviser. You also comply with the rules of the internal administrative procedures in accordance with the requirements of the company and the supervisory body;
The tasks
? Draw up, check and assess the object company accounting records/annual accounts;
? report to De Nederlandsche Bank ;
? draw up and file annual reports and accounts with the Chamber of Commerce;
? consult and correspond in a professional manner on behalf of client companies;
? consult with clients, banks, lawyers, accountants, advisers, tax consultants and semi) governmental institutions;
? credit management;
? coach assistant account managers legal;
? maintain and expand a relevant network of professional contacts and other commercial activities.
You have;
? University degree (preferably NIVRA)
? 5-10 years relevant work experience
? Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing in English and in Dutch;
