This Call Centre requires an experienced Account Manager to join their very friendly and fast paced team
The Account Manager will have full responsibility for key client accounts, understanding client expectations, call centre campaign results while helping to generate new revenue
You will be looked to have experience in account managing outbound and inbound call centre accounts, managing a team, while also meeting client expectations on time and on budget
Previous call centre, contact centre experience is a must, as you will be working in a fast paced enviroment handling several accounts at once
