Account Manager - Hotel Connectivity
Working for this innovative, forward-thinking online travel organisation your main responsibility will be to develop relationships with internal hotel contracts teams and hotels directly to ensure the implementation of systems and added benefits to both businesses.
As an Account Manager looking after Hotel Connectivity you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
?Build direct relationships with Market Managers, vendors, hoteliers, and team members through preparing for and conducting regular updates, business reviews and training sessions.
?Influence vendors and hoteliers to adopt and implement system solutions while ensuring the technology meets business requirements and defined business benefits.
?Manage Connectivity implementations within defined timeframes, cost and quality levels.
?Contribute to the connectivity knowledge base by developing and sharing an in-depth understanding of PMS/CRS hotel systems and by building supporting materials.
?Focus on driving efficiency and incremental revenue as well as proactively proposing and executing solutions to the various challenges of connectivity to the partner's systems.
?Directly contribute to managing the on-going, day-to-day operations of the companies' relationship with hotel partners, including working with colleagues to manage business and operational issues as they arise.
?Drive measurement and ROI analysis internally and delivering results for hotel partners using the systems
?Contribute to the skill and overall development of Connectivity team peers and the company overall through activities including joint problem solving and issue resolution.
?Help determine what connectivity issues and feature requests should be passed on to product planning.

Account Manager Hotel Connectivity skill attributes:
?Experience of implementation and roll out of hotel systems including GDS, CRS, PMS, and RMS is preferable
?Strong technical understanding
?Analytical abilities and business problems solving skills with a creative flair a plus.
?Demonstrated ability to manage on-going business relationships
?Strong communication skills, creativity and a drive for results.
?Strong organization and coordination skills.
?Ability to work under pressure and deadlines, and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment, whilst maintaining a focus on goals
?Comfort in working with all levels/departments.
?A strong client focus and a capacity to bring partners to an efficient collaboration in a context of operational problems.
?Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
?Knowledge of the hotel/tourism industry.
?Competency in multiple European languages would be a strong asset
?Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
