The role is an account management function. All of the accounts have already been won by the financial advisors your job is to run the finances. You will advise each client on a daily, weekly, monthly basis on how their finances are progressing. You will help each client work through periods of a down turn in their outlook and advice on the best possible investment in times of plenty. You are their consultant, their conscience, but most importantly their hope of a financially stable future.
You must have experience of a role delivering a high energy customer service. You need to consider the company aims in everything you do, trying to increase the bottom line whilst offering a consultative service. You must have worked in fast paced atmosphere before. Most importantly you must be career driven and want to work for a company which will invest in your skills.
